Bake Therapy

PAYMENT POLICY: Unless otherwise specified, a 50% deposit is required to confirm all orders. A higher deposit may be required for orders that are placed less than 2 weeks in advance. I am required to collect 8% (sales + hospitality) tax. CHANGING AN ORDER: Any changes to an agreed upon order are done at the discretion of Bake Therapy. I will do my best to accommodate your needs, but it will depend on ability and time available. No changes will be accommodated within the 72 hour window prior to pickup. CANCELLATION POLICY: Once a deposit is collected and an order is confirmed, you will have 1 week before the order due date to cancel and receive a deposit refund. A deposit refund will not be provided if cancelling 1-6 days before the order is due. However, you will not be required to provide the remaining balance. Should an emergency occur that requires Bake Therapy to cancel and your order cannot be completed, you will be refunded in full any payment or deposit made. You will be notified as soon as possible if this should occur. An attempt to find another local cottage baker to complete your order will be made, but cannot be guaranteed. ALLERGY WARNING: Bake Therapy makes every attempt to avoid cross-contamination in the kitchen. However, I cannot guarantee that your order will not come into contact with common kitchen allergens (eggs, nuts, peanuts, soy, milk, wheat, fish, shellfish, etc). An allergy disclosure is required to confirm your order. An ingredient label will be provided for all products sold. Bake Therapy is not liable for any allergic reactions that may occur. As a home-based bakery, Bake Therapy is not subject to DHEC inspections per South Carolina Cottage Food Laws. At this time, I am not able to ship baked goods. Due to copyright and trademark laws, some designs/themes/characters may not be available. Bake Therapy will make every attempt to create an "inspired by" theme/character to accommodate your needs.
