A: Yes! A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your order and hold your date. This is a little different from a deposit—while deposits can sometimes be refunded, a retainer fee is a payment that guarantees your spot on our calendar and goes toward the final balance of your order.

A: Yes, delivery is available for an additional fee depending on distance. Pickup options are also available, no extra charge.
