I’m a cottage baker in West Fort Worth who believes cookies should taste just as good as they look. Every batch I make starts with sourdough and a 72-hour cold fermentation, giving each cookie its bold flavor, chewy texture, and signature bakery-style bite.

I bake in small batches so everything stays fresh, intentional, and made with care. From thick sourdough cookies to candied nuts, my goal is simple: bring joy through baked goods that feel homemade but taste high-end.
