Bake Me Better Baking co.

Hi my name is Jennie I am a Wife, Mom, grandma and Dog Mom! We have 4 awesome children, 6 sweet grand-babies and my 75 lb boxer Stella Rose!

Bake Me Better where does this name come from? After 5 years of horrible pain I finally found a dr that would listen to me. He found I had two broken bones in my spine. After a spinal fusion I am finally getting my life back! Unfortunately I am left with a condition called gastroparesis where my stomach doesn’t digest properly. So I did some researching and found sourdough may be easier for me to digest. So I taught myself how to make it and try it for myself! After about a month of baking sourdough I felt like I was feeling better both physically and mentally! I have loved baking all of my life I spent many weekends at my grandma Ellen’s house learning how to make everything from bread to candy and everything in between! Being back in the kitchen it feels like I was baking myself better. That’s when I decided I wanted to start a bakery and share my treats and my love for baking. And that’s how I got the name Bake Me Better Baking co.
