Bake Me A Cake Payment and Refund Policy Your deposit of $50 is due on the day of to secure your scheduled date. Final payment is due the day before pickup. Payments can be sent via cash app to $bakemeacakecharlotte, invoice or Apple Pay 704-299-1752. Please read terms and conditions. All orders not paid by due date(s) will be cancelled. Thank you for your business! Retainers and Payments: Unless otherwise stated, all orders are due to be paid out the day prior to pick up. Wedding cakes 2 weeks prior to your wedding. All other orders require a 50% retainer at least two (2) weeks prior to event and remaining 50% due one (1) day prior to event. If second payment is not paid, your order will be cancelled and no refunds will be given. Other equipment or borrowed items require additional down payment to be refunded when items returned. Late orders (less than 7 days before event) must be paid in full at time of order. All monies paid become non-refundable 7 days before event. Delivery and Setup: Deliveries within a 20 mile radius of Bake Me A Cake current location require $25 to be paid with final payment. Adult must be present at time of delivery. Additional $25 if redelivery needed. Deliveries outside of a 20 mile radius will be determined at time of order. Cancellations and Refunds: Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing no later than 7 days prior to event. Refunds will not be issued after for any reason including but not limited to personal emergencies of Bake Me A Cake or customer, illness, event cancellation, inclement weather or acts of God. If order form is not filled out correctly or not filled out ALL no order will be filled and you forfeit your deposit. All other money will be refunded. Please follow up no earlier than 3 days prior to your event. Wednesday the week of your event. I do not work Mondays or Tuesdays! No calls before 10am or after 9pm. No multiple text. I will return your calls and text at my earliest convenience. Late cake pickups will be charged accordingly. $15 per hour your late.
