The chocolate lamingtons were absolutely delightful soft, moist, and generously coated with rich chocolate and fresh coconut. Every bite was full of flavour and brought back wonderful homemade memories. The coconut pie was equally delicious, with a lovely texture and a perfectly balanced sweetness. The coconut flavour was rich and satisfying without being overpowering. The custard pie was simply outstanding. Smooth creamy custard made even more indulgent with condensed milk, creating a beautifully rich and silky filling. The addition of peanuts added a wonderful crunch and complemented the sweetness perfectly. Everything was fresh, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care.
