Bailee’s Chocolate Bark

We import our chocolate from Belgium, so know you will be getting delicious confections when you place an order with us! Chocolates are a delicate treat and need to be handled carefully. They are best stored at cool temps, but NOT in the refrigerator. If stored in refrigerator, the chocolate may develop a white coating known as “bloom.” This does not impact the taste in any way, it just makes it a little less pretty. In warm summer months, please give extra care that your treats are in a cool location until ready to be served. Avoid direct sunlight or storing in a warm vehicle. Given the nature of our products, BCB does not accept returns after order has been accepted. So please treat your treats right!

We get a lot of questions about our marshmallows! Yes, we make them from scratch! They are the biggest, fluffiest marshmallows you will ever eat! We always start with our base recipe and customize it for our unique flavor combinations. Our standard offerings are either half batch or full batch. Half batch is about 10 - 12 marshmallows usually weighing in at around a pound! A full batch is double that; 24 marshmallows, approximately 2 pounds. Please reach out with any questions. We can always work with you to customize an order or create favors with our mallows, or even bags of bite-size minis.

Orders should be placed two weeks in advance to best secure your spot for order acceptance. Please allow up to 48 hours for us to confirm your order. Deposit must be paid within 48 hours of receiving invoice. 50% nonrefundable deposit is required for orders more than $50. The remaining balance is due two days before the pick up / delivery date. Orders placed within five days of needing them will incur a $10 rush fee. Orders placed within three days of needing them will occur a $20 rush fee. Please respect the agreed upon date and pick-up time. If you are going to be late, please let us know as soon as possible. Since all orders are custom and made especially for you, we cannot accept refunds!

Order pick-up or delivery dates can be outlined during your order request. Pick-ups are usually scheduled for Wednesdays or Thursdays. Address will be outlined on invoicing. While we like to adhere to these days for efficient scheduling, please reach out to see if we would be able to accommodate a specific “need by” date. Delivery and shipping are available for an additional fee depending on location.

Most anything we make can be customized into favors for birthdays, weddings, engagement parties, bridal or baby showers! Please reach out to us for information and pricing. To protect ourselves and you, please be aware that our products are NOT allergen free. Our goodies are processed on equipment that may come in contact with nuts, tree nuts, walnuts, soy, or milk. Please know your allergens and those you are gifting to!

Bailee’s Chocolate Bark is regulated by Pennsylvania’s Food Safety Act (3 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 5721 - 5737).
