✨Payment✨

A 50% deposit is required with Venmo, CashApp or cash at the time of booking. No order will be booked without the deposit being paid. Cash deposit can be made in person sometime prior to making your order and will be discussed through private message. Final payment is due the day before or morning of pick up.

✨Cookie Pickup✨

I am located in New Braunfels, Texas. If you fail to pick up cookies at the arranged time, this does not constitute an emergency on my part. While cookies are a great hobby, they don’t come over my full time job, or family. Delivery is case by case basis if it aligns with our schedules. I’m very easy to work with and very communicative, but life also happens. They are cookies, not a new home build. It’s not that serious.

✨Refunds/Returns✨

I don’t refund unless it is a mistake on my part and like a good human, I hold myself accountable.

✨Cancellations✨

You are more than welcome to cancel 3 weeks before your event for your deposit back. Anything less than that you forfeit your deposit, or need to choose a future date.

✨Storage✨

If you pickup your products more than 24 hours before the event, you may store them in an airtight container. If they are picked up within 24 hours of your event, they are fine open to air. High heats (above 75 degrees), such as leaving them in your car, WILL ruin the icing details. Also, cool and wet climate, such as your refrigerator, WILL also ruin the details of the icing. This can also cause the cookie moisture to adhere to the packaging. I am not responsible for the cookies after they leave my hands. Cookie pick up is usually Saturday before 9am & between 11-1. When booking please notate the time you need them by.

✨Booking Details✨

When booking, please be specific. If you’re uploading photos of one color, and you want your cookies completed in a different color, please make note of that.

Example: “I like the designs in the photos, but I would like it completed in colors(X,Y,Z).”
