Bought some custom cookies for our school teachers and they are just such cute designs! She packed them up really nicely as well and even gave me a free cookie for the drive home! Wonderful and delicious service!

I was so impressed with my custom cookie order! Not only do they taste great, they look better than I expected. The “car cookie” was such a great touch! So thankful for the quick turn around and the pleasant experience. I will definitely be ordering again!

I needed a last-minute cookie order for our hockey party and found Diane at Backstreet Baking through a Facebook search. I’m so happy I found her! She was able to custom make 24 cookies for me in 2 days! Never having tasted her product before, I wasn't sure what to expect with such a quick turnaround. Well, I was blown away! Not only were her cookies decorated with care and to perfection, they tasted like the softest, buttery, flakiest sugar cookies I have ever had! 10/10 delicious! They were packaged beautifully and with care. Even with travel and humidity, they were in tact and perfect upon arriving at my event. Bonus: she included a “Car Cookie” for me to snack on when driving away from her home bakery. I will definitely be returning to Backstreet Bakery. Diane was fast, efficient, easy to relay my inspiration to, and very helpful! I recommend Backstreet Bakery in Brantford for your cookie or cupcake order! Thank you Diane!

From placing the order, to pick up, probably the best online ordering experience I’ve had. The order form is great for clarity of what you want, the communication was appropriate at the time of order, as well as just before pick up. Diane sent a message to coordinate a pick up time for my order the day before, and was ready with it at the door (during a snow storm) as I pulled up! The kids were thrilled with their green and orange rainbow cookies, and the rest of my order is adorable for handouts on st paddy’s day! Thanks Diane! I will be back!

We had a batch of three dozen Thanksgiving themed sugar cookies made for us by Diane to announce our pregnancy to our family. The cookies turned out exactly as we asked and looked/tasted amazing!! All of our family members loved the surprise and enjoyed the cookies. Diane was also extremely accommodating and made herself available early on Thanksgiving day for us to pickup the cookies. I ordered the Thanksgiving pumpkin pie cookie tray and was SO impressed. These cookies are adorable and amazingly put together. I even got extra cookies for my daughter, we are huge fans!

Diane is a cookie ARTIST! She took our design requests and then topped it with more options! We asked for sunflowers for my daughter’s Bridal Shower and she made the most gorgeous flowers for a stunning shower favour for our guests. It’s hard to find all that plus gluten free options!
