Are your cakes gluten free?
Products listed are not typically gluten free. Gluten free options can be provided upon request, but please be advised this is a home kitchen and therefore NOT gluten free. While I will do my best to limit cross contamination, I cannot guarantee it.
Is this a storefront or commercial kitchen?
While I am a NYC licensed food handler and formally certified Pastry Chef, Baby’s Bakeshop LLC is currently operating out of a home kitchen, and therefore not regularly inspected by the Department of Health.
