Babycakez Ohio Terms & Conditions By placing an order with Babycakez Ohio, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Deposits & Payment • A deposit is required to secure your order date. • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of receiving your invoice. • Failure to submit your deposit within 24 hours may result in your requested date becoming unavailable. • Orders are not confirmed until the required deposit has been received. 2. Deposit Policy • All deposits are non-refundable. • In the event of unforeseen circumstances, deposits may be transferred to a new available date one (1) time only at the discretion of Babycakez Ohio. • Transferred deposits must be used within 90 days of the original event date. 3. Order Changes • Any changes to your order must be requested at least 14 days prior to your scheduled pickup date. • Changes requested within 14 days of pickup are not guaranteed and may be declined due to scheduling, preparation, and ingredient purchasing. • Significant design changes may result in additional charges. 4. Rush Orders • Orders placed with less than 14 days notice are considered rush orders. • Rush orders are subject to availability and will incur an additional rush fee. 5. Pickup & Customer Responsibility • Customers are responsible for inspecting their order at pickup. • Once an order has been picked up and leaves Babycakez Ohio's possession, the customer assumes full responsibility for the product. • Babycakez Ohio is not responsible for damage occurring after pickup, including but not limited to: Improper transportation Vehicle movement or sudden stops Weather conditions Mishandling Dropping or tipping of the cake 6. Cake Damage • Cakes are delicate and should be transported on a flat, level surface in an air-conditioned vehicle whenever possible. • Minor repairs may be possible depending on the damage and availability; however, repairs are not guaranteed and may be subject to an additional fee. 7. Design Disclaimer • Inspiration photos are welcome and used as a reference only. • Babycakez Ohio will not create an exact replica of another baker's work. • While every effort is made to closely match inspiration photos, slight variations in design, color, and decoration may occur. 8. Allergy Disclaimer • Products are prepared in a home kitchen that may process common allergens including milk, eggs, wheat, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, and other allergens. • Babycakez Ohio cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. 9. Refund Policy • Due to the custom nature of baked goods, refunds will not be issued once an order has been completed and picked up. • Refunds will not be provided for design preferences, color variations, or damage occurring after pickup. Here’s some cake tips : 1. If it’s too hot for you, it’s too hot for your cake. Keep your cake refrigerated!!! Buttercream cakes should remain cold, remove 30 mins before serving to allow cake to come to room temperature. 2. Keep cake on a flat and stable surface to prevent from titling, falling, etc. 3. The bigger the cake the more servings it is. 4. Lastly , if you would like to featured on our website and Instagram page, feel free to send us your pictures ! 📸

I am located in Warrensville Heights, OH, the exact pickup address will be provided in the invoice you will receive. When picking up your cake make sure to: 1. Transport in a cool car. 2. Make sure to place it on a flat surface aka not the back seat or passenger seat since these areas are titled. Place cake on car floor. 3. Drive safely and cautiously. I know we’re in Cleveland but avoid those potholes! Also no sharp turns 😂. 4. Once at your destination , keep cake refrigerated until 30 minutes before serving.
