HOW DO I ORDER?
Super easy! 💫 Here’s how to place your order with Baby Girl Bakes:

This form lets you:
Choose your date & delivery time
Pick your cake size & design
Select flavor combos, toppers & wording
Upload inspo photos, if any!
📞 Step 2: (For Rush Orders Only)
If you're placing a same-day or next-day order,
👉 Call us right after submitting the form to confirm it's a rush request
A 25% rush fee may apply and must be confirmed by phone.
💳 Step 3: Receive Your Quote & Invoice
Once we review your form, we’ll send you a custom quote/ invoice.
A 50% deposit secures your date
Final balance is due 14 days prior to delivery/pickup
🎂 All orders are confirmed via email or text after the deposit is received.
🚗 We offer delivery across Las Vegas, or you can pick it up from our location.

Baby Girl Bakes offers citywide delivery across Las Vegas, including:
The Strip hotels & restaurants
Downtown Vegas
Airbnbs & private venues
Wedding chapels and photo locations
Standard delivery starts at $45+, with additional charges for after-hours (after 4 PM), before 10am, or strip/downtown locations with limited access.
Just let us know the delivery address and time on your order form, and we’ll take care of the rest!
DO YOU HAVE SAME DAY CAKES READY TO BUY?
We don’t have ready-made cakes available for walk-in purchase, but we do accept same-day orders for simple cakes and cupcakes—if the order is placed by 10:00 AM and we still have availability that day.

We book up to 12 months ahead
Many weekends fully book 60+ days out
A 50% deposit secures your date
Final payment due 14 days before the event
