The cupcakes for my book release were a giant hit! They received a ton of compliments, particularly for how moist the cake was, how the strawberry flavor was very prominent without being too sweet, and how the book cover was stunningly displayed in fondant.

Nikki is so insanely talented!!! First, let me say, these cupcakes were the star of the baby shower. I sent Nikki my vision for the cupcakes (woodsy/whimsical with pink butterflies) and she absolutely delivered. I got two dozens cupcakes for my coworkers last day party. Got it delivered. Loved that decoration was customized and ordering was super easy. Communication was excellent through instagram DMs. Wish I could review the taste but haven’t tried yet.. Definitely recommend.

The cake was gr8 and tastey but I asked her last min if we could change some decor and she said no.

While the cakes look stunning and the decor is definitely on point, where these cakes shine is flavor and texture. Hands down some of the most light, flavorful and moist cakes ever. Creative flavor combos as well as the technical ability to pull it off. If you're looking for something to stand out and support a local baker, this is the place for you.

I have had the joy of experiencing two of Nikki’s cakes. My first experience was for my partner and I’s anniversary. She was so hands on with the process of creating what I wanted and worked around my dietary restrictions. When I got the cake I was BLOWN AWAY by its beauty, I didn’t want to cut into it! The taste though? Exquisite! Our non-vegan family members couldn’t even tell it was a vegan cake, it was so good! My second experience was buying a birthday cake for my bestie. It was a last minute order and Nikki was beyond gracious and helped to bring my vision to life. Her heart shaped tiered cake was so so beautiful it was a show stopper at the party. Again, she took the time to go over exactly what I wanted. I loved how she asked if she could add a spin on it that she thought would look beautiful, she wasn’t wrong! My husband is extremely picky when it comes to cake flavor. Nikki was so kind and was willing to do a custom flavor for a birthday cake I bought. It turned out absolutely amazing, and I'm so excited to purchase another cake from her next year.

After winning a giveaway for a Halloween cake, I collaborated Nikki on a design with a pastel theme. She came up with the absolute cutest design, and the end product was so beautiful! The piping was stunning, and the color story was perfect. It matched exactly what I was envisioning in my mind. That, coupled with the flavor of the buttercream and the extra moist cake? It was a fantastic experience, and I'm already looking forward to many more cakes in my future!

We have been using Nikki for events both within our store and personal lives since summer 2025. She is beyond professional and responsive but more importantly - her baked good are to die for! Cakes are always perfectly moist and cupcakes always fluffy and rich. And then comes the actual decoration.. she is truly a master of piping ice ing and her creativity is astounding. I highly recommend working with her!
