Unfortunately, Aww, Kute NO LONGER is no longer able to offer decorated or themed cakes. Cakes are limited to the cakes I offer, can be made with buttercream or whipped cream icing, and can be filled, but I no longer decorate cakes. I would be happy to help you locate a decorated cake specialist who can assist you with creating your dream cake.

- All payments are required in advance of your bake - through Venmo or CashApp. No exceptions. - Cash payments are no longer being accepted unless specifically stated. - Please do not send payments through Paypal. - Do NOT send payment without an invoice from Aww, Kute Bakery. Any payments sent without an invoice or finalized order will be refunded.

Aww, Kute is a gluten FRIENDLY bakery. I cannot guarantee gluten FREE baking as I do prepare non-GF products with my utensils and baking pans. If you order gluten-friendly baking, you will receive a statement to this effect that will need to be acknowledged prior to your order being accepted and invoiced.

- Custom cookie pricing BEGINS at $40 per dozen. This includes two cutter shapes, three icing colors, and two designs. There is a ONE DOZEN custom cookie minimum – presales being the only exception. - As your custom design becomes more complex, consists of more than three colors, or additional designs, pricing goes up accordingly. - MINIS are sold and priced with a TWO DOZEN MINIMUM.

MEET UP / DELIVERY: A lot of work and time goes in to getting your perishable and fragile baked items ready to hand off to you. Your items are made to order, and receive 100% of my time and attention from start to finish. Your handoff time is a window that is carefully planned to ensure your product is fresh and ready to serve. I will work with you to set up delivery / handoff times, but I have a schedule and other obligations as well. If two delivery / handoff attempts are made and are unsuccessful, your item is considered abandoned. NO REFUNDS will be offered on abandoned orders.

I will allow ONE change per order. Changes must be REQUESTED at least 24hrs prior to delivery, and approved. If your change incurs an additional fee, such as more product, additional designs or colors, etc., fees for the change must be paid immediately upon receipt of approval.

I will send you photos of your finished cookies. I will pack your cookies with care in plenty of protective, cushioning material. I will do my best to ensure that your cookies arrive in the same perfect condition, but I cannot control some factors, like temperature, shipping delays, and rough handling. Once I send you tracking information for your package, it is out of my hands. I cannot be responsible for cookies that arrive broken.
