*Cakes that contain nuts can be requested without nuts. *Please advise of any food allergies prior to payment. *All sales are Final Payment can be made via invoice, or Cash App ($tiarashenea). Invoices will be canceled after 48hrs if a retainer fee is NOT received once the invoice is sent. Orders require a 50% retainer fee to reserve your event date. Your retainer fee is non-refundable and can only can be transferred to a different date if canceled 1 week prior to event date. For example: If your event date is Saturday and picking up by 12pm you have until the Saturday prior at 12pm to have your retainer fee transferable. (apply to all dates) If you cancel less than 1 week before the event date your retainer fee is non transferable, but will be refunded the difference If you cancel 1 week or more prior to the event date. You can transfer the retainer fee to another date or receive full refund. We must receive the remaining balance 1 week prior to the event date. Once your final payment is made you will not be able to make any changes to the initial order. *WEEKEND ORDERS You must pick your order up by 11:30am on Saturdays.You will have a 30 minute grace period til 12pm any pick up after 12pm will result in $30 late fee that MUST be paid before receiving your order.
