Ordering: when placing a order please be deposit ready. The deposit is 50% of your total and is NON REFUNDABLE. If the deposit is not paid by the end of that business day, your order will be cancelled and my availability will open back up and your spot is not guaranteed anymore . You may request to reopen your order if I still have the availability. Final payment is due the morning of the order before pick up or delivery to avoid any delays please pay on time. Please note I do not take orders with less than one week notice Payments: Once your order is accepted you will receive a text and email with the link to pay your deposit. Please note I do not accept cash, all payments must be made through either Cash App, Apple Pay, Venmo or Zelle. NO CASH Cancellations: if you have to cancel your order there will be a cancellation fee, which is your deposit not being refunded! If I myself have to cancel your order for any reason I will issue a full refund to you the same way you paid. Pickup policy: when ordering you will have to select a timeframe that you would like to pick up your order for that day, you must pick up within that timeframe to guarantee that I will be available for your pick up. Delivery: if you need your order delivered I do offer delivery in Tennessee only!! Payment is due in full before I leave to deliver, I will send pictures of your cake before you pay if you need but I am not driving until I receive the payment. Upon delivery a contract will be sent to you confirming receiving your order and must be signed right then.
