My name is Aspen and baking and cake decorating are my passions. As well as indoor rock climbing, music, concerts, traveling, and all other foods but I have the biggest sweet tooth. 🦷
I am currently a Cottage bakery based in South Fort Worth, Texas. I have my Food handlers certification. I bake out of my home and I make sure to thoroughly wash and sanitize all surfaces and equipment that come into contact with the sweets.
American buttercream and cakes in general have a longer life in the fridge (about a week) but can be left at room temperature for 4 days.
Cakes can also be wrapped and frozen for months!
A cake care card will be included with every order!
