I send home an index card for care quality of your order. Please follow those instructions to prevent any issues. For example: If you pick up your order and decide to stop off at a grocery store for one hour while leaving your cake or cupcakes in the car please make sure to have a cooler or else with Florida heat. I cannot guarantee that it won’t melt. Once it is in your hands, and if you don’t take proper care, it is nonrefundable.
