All orders must be placed through our official ordering link or invoice. Orders are not confirmed until a deposit is received.
Is a retainer required?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure all orders. The remaining balance is due the day before pickup.
When is the remaining balance due?
All balances are due the day before your scheduled pickup date. Orders not paid in full by the due date will not be released.
Do you offer same-day or rush orders?
Rush orders are subject to availability and additional fees. Same-day or next-day orders are not guaranteed, especially during holidays.
What are your pickup times?
Pickup is by scheduled time only.
Monday–Friday
• 10:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
• 5:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m.
Saturday
• 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
Late pickups may result in additional fees or order forfeiture.
Do you deliver?
Delivery is not included unless added and paid for separately. Once an order leaves our possession, we are not responsible for damage during transport.
Are prices negotiable?
No. All pricing is set based on ingredients, labor, and design. Prices listed are starting prices and may increase with customization.
Do your packages include themes and designs?
Yes. Our cake & treat packages include themed designs within package limits. Additional customization or premium designs may require an upgrade.
How many treat types are included in packages?
Packages include up to 4 treat selections unless otherwise stated. Additional selections or premium items are quoted separately.
Can I make changes after placing my order?
Changes are not guaranteed once production begins. Any approved changes may result in additional fees.
What happens if I’m late or don’t pick up my order?
Orders not picked up during the scheduled window may be forfeited and are non-refundable.
Do you offer refunds?
Deposits are non-refundable. No refunds are issued for late pickups, no-shows, taste preferences, or issues after pickup.
Do you accept holiday orders?
Yes, holiday orders are accepted until capacity is reached. Once orders are marked CLOSED, no additional orders are accepted.
Can I recreate a design I saw online?
Reference photos are welcome for inspiration, but exact replicas are not guaranteed due to the handmade nature of our work.
Do you post customer orders online?
Ashley’s Creations, LLC reserves the right to photograph completed orders for marketing and promotional use.
