Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Arreis Sweets & Treats, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be provided once an order has been placed and confirmed.
2. Deposits and Booking
• A non-refundable 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. Your order will not be confirmed until this deposit is received.
• The remaining balance is due prior to pickup.
• If the deposit is not paid within the agreed timeframe, your date may be released without notice.
3. Same-Day Deposit Requirement
• If your order is for the same day or short-notice fulfillment, full payment is required upfront to proceed with your order.
4. Pickup Policy
• Orders must be picked up at the agreed time and location.
• If you are late or miss your pickup window, we are not responsible for any changes in quality or freshness of the product.
• Items not picked up within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be considered abandoned, and no refunds will be issued.
5. Design Disclaimer
• We will do our best to match inspiration photos or custom designs, but please note that slight variations in color, design, or presentation may occur. All items are handmade and unique.
6. Allergy Disclaimer
• Products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, wheat, and gluten. We are not responsible for any allergic reactions.
7. Communication
• Please ensure all order details (date, time, design, flavors, etc.) are accurate and confirmed in writing. Changes to your order are not guaranteed unless approved in advance.

Delivery is available for a fee, starting at $10. Depending on distance, could increase.
