•All orders are stored in fridge for at least one hour before pickup/ delivery
• All treats MUST be stored in the refrigerator until consumption to maintain freshness and quality.
•Every cake made with buttercream, which WILL melt in high heat and direct sunlight.
•Every treat made with chocolate which WILL melt in high heat and direct sunlight
•Pickup Guidelines:
- Please arrive on time for pickup—no later than 15 minutes past your scheduled time due to weather conditions.
-Ensure your vehicle’s AC is on and directed towards the items during transit. Please do not travel more than 30 mins in a vehicle without A/C.
-No truck beds or open transport for cakes/treats.
•Avoid Direct Sunlight! Items can begin melting within 5 minutes when exposed to direct sunlight and heat.
• Plan Ahead! Protect your treats from the heat to maintain their quality!
• Aralexie’s Sweets LLC is NOT responsible for any issues weather related if proper care is not followed. No refunds or credits will be given for not following proper care.
PAYMENT
*FULL payment is requested when placing an order. Orders of $100+ will require a minimum of 50% deposit, not including rush orders.
*Cash is NOT accepted for deposits nor full payment.
*No payment = no order. I give a grace period of 24 hours when placing an order. Failure to send deposit/full payment will lead to order cancellation.
*Any remaining balances are due at minimum 3 days before pickup/delivery. Failure to send remaining balance will lead to order cancellation & zero refund.
*Rush orders placed within 2 days of the due date will incur a rush fee of $20-$50, which must be paid in addition to the full amount to secure the order. Rush orders must be paid in FULL at ordering to secure spot. Failure to send full payment will lead to order cancellation.
PICKUP
*Any remaining balance is due at minimum 3 days before pickup.
*An exact pickup time must be requested when placing your order. Requests such as “around 10 am" or "between 3-4pm" are not acceptable.
*Each invoice includes the nearest cross streets to my location. For safety reasons, my exact address will be provided once your balance is paid in full.
* If you are running late, you must notify me 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to the scheduled time.
* A 30-minute grace period is allowed for lateness. Anything passed 30 minutes late results in a $25 late fee that will be sent via new invoice.
* If you haven’t arrived more than one hour after, your order will be canceled and no refunds will be issued.
* If you arrive one hour or more after the designated pickup time and your order has already been canceled, a $50 fee will be required to receive your order. Failure to pay this fee will result in you being asked to leave the premises. Any disputes or issues that arise may be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
DELIVERY
*Delivery base price fee for any and all orders is 10% of your order total for delivery within 5 miles. $2 per additional mile will be added onto your delivery fee total.
* Any remaining balance must be paid at least 3 days before delivery.
* An exact address must be given. Cross streets, areas near by, etc are not allowed.
*An exact delivery time must be requested when placing your order. Requests such as “around 10 am" or "between 3-4pm" are not acceptable.
* The person receiving the delivery must be present.
* I allow only a 10 minute grace period to wait, at the expense of the delivery. If no one is available to do the handoff, order will be rescheduled for PICKUP within 24 hours of delivery. After 24 hours no pickup, order will be canceled. No refunds will be issued.
* For deliveries to offices, hotels, apartments, etc, I will not deliver to individual rooms or offices. You must meet me at the front entrance or at a designated pickup section
PRODUCT CARE & RESPONSIBILITY
* We take photos and/or videos of all orders prior to handoff. The condition shown in these images serves as our guarantee of the item’s presentation at the time it is given to you.
* Once a product has been picked up or delivered, Aralexie's Sweets LLC is NOT responsible for any damage.
* A cake care card will be attached to your order or provided via photo before pickup, outlining instructions for proper handling.
* A cake cutting guide will be attached to your order or provided via photo before pickup, outlining instructions for cutting to get the maximum amount of servings, as well as a caution on removing any non-edible designs.
* Cakes/ Treats are delicate and may experience damage, such as cracks, smudges, or melting, if not handled with care.
* Aralexie's Sweets LLC is not liable for damage caused by weather/location conditions where the cake is stored or displayed for an extended time without refrigeration.
REFUNDS
* In the event that Aralexie’s Sweets LLC is unable to complete a scheduled pickup or delivery at the agreed-upon time—or is unable to fulfill the handoff entirely—a full refund will be issued. Additionally, you will receive a voucher for 50% off any future order as a gesture
* Refunds are not provided for items that were prepared correctly but did not meet personal preferences regarding texture, flavor, or color.
* If you are truly fully satisfied with your order—whether with the entire item or specific details—please return the order in its original, untouched condition. I will gladly make adjustments where possible, or, when adjustments cannot be made, I may offer a partial refund or offer credit at my discretion (not guaranteed).
CANCELATIONS
* Orders will be canceled if:
1. The customer is late for pickup.
2. The customer does not respond to delivery notifications.
3. Any final payment/no payment at all is received by the due date/time.
* All payments are non-refundable and cannot be used toward future orders.
* If you wish to reinstate a canceled order, a new request must be submitted along with a new full payment
* After 24 hours, if no full payment is sent, the order will be canceled.
* Any remaining balance that is not received 3 days prior to pickup/delivery will lead into order cancelation
