We are a small, from-scratch bakery that uses fresh, quality ingredients to bring you the best possible baked goods.
Our signature sourdough starter, Breddie Mercury, is in every product we bake! We ferment our bread dough at least 48 hours which helps develop a deep, complex flavor by allowing the natural yeast to work it's magic!
