Policies
Order Is Not Confirmed Without Payment
Business Hours / Response Time
📞 Order Inquiries & Calls Monday–Friday: 9 AM – 5 PM Weekends: By availability only 💬 You’re always welcome to leave a message or send a text anytime. I’ll respond as soon as I’m available! 🧁 Weekend orders and messages are welcome, but please note that responses may be delayed based on my baking schedule.
🎨 Custom Design Policy
• I do not copy other bakers’ work exactly but can use inspiration photos • Colors, layout, and details may vary based on availability and style • All designs are custom, so final product may not be an exact replica
📅 Ordering Policy
• Orders must be placed at least 7 days in advance • Rush orders (under 72 hours) are subject to a $25 rush fee, if availability allows
💳 Payment Policy
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking or within 24 hours of receiving your invoice • Orders are not confirmed until deposit is received • Full payment is due 7 days before the order due date • For rush orders, full payment is required at booking — no exceptions
🚗 Pick-Up & Delivery
• Pickup available in Lansing, IL by appointment only Delivery: • $25 flat rate for the first 10 miles • $1.00 per additional mile beyond 10 miles • Late pickups (over 15 minutes) may result in a fee
Refund/Cancellation Policy
❌ Cancellation Policy: Orders canceled less than 48 hours before the event date are non-refundable. For orders canceled in advance, the deposit is non-refundable but may be transferred to a future order at my discretion.
