Please have flavor, color scheme, design ideas including picture or detailed description of desired design, size and amount preference when placing order. There is a one dozen min. and 3 design/color max. per dozen on all special orders. ** **Please note that only simple designs are available for mini, small, and medium sizes and due to the amount of detail, Character cookies are only available in the $5 or $6 price range. Special orders require a deposit of 50% at the time of order with the balance due 24 hours before pick up. They are booked a minimum of 3 weeks in advance and any to designs must be made 2 weeks prior to the pick up date. Deposits are non refundable. At the current time, I only accept Venmo, Cash App, or PayPal for payment. Pick up time needs to be confirmed 24 hours before pick up. Orders are subject to availability of date requested. Please allow 24 hours for me to process your order request inquiry and include email for my response. After I send your invoice, the deposit needs to be made within 48 hours to avoid cancelation of your request.
