How do I customize my order for a cake/cupcakes/cake topper?
Once your order is accepted we will contact you with a quote or to start the design process. Please provide as much information as you can in your order request including event type/theme/colours and any inspiration photos you may have.

I’d like to order a cake/cupcakes for a gender reveal.
We’d love to do that for you! Please include “gender reveal” in your order request as well as the colour or “reveal” and any additional details.
For cake reveals, we can colour your sponge.
And for cupcakes, we can fill cupcakes with a coloured reveal.
I’d like to order cupcakes, how many should I order?
For standard sized cupcakes, we recommend ordering 1.5 cupcakes/guest.
For mini cupcakes we recommend 1.5-2 cupcakes/guest.
For cupcake cakes, there is one size available. You can add on cupcakes as needed but the quantity on the board may vary based on shape. Please let us know your minimum serving size needed.
Our cupcakes are all nut-free but not made in a nut-free environment. Four dozen mini cupcakes or 2-3 dozen standard sized cupcakes are ideal for a class size.
I need a cake/cupcake in less than a week! Can I still place an order?
Yes of course! Orders less than two weeks towards the event date are subject to a rush fee and will be accepted on a case by case basis. We will do our best to get back to you within 24 hours.
Deposits must be made as soon as possible, and the full balance must be cleared if ordering within 48 hours.
I’ve submitted my order request, when will it be processed?
Your order request will be reviewed and accepted/declined within 48 hours. Once it has been accepted, we will contact you about the design process for cake/cupcake/topper orders.
What payment options do you have?
We accept payment by e-transfer only. The email address needed will be provided in your invoice once your order is accepted.
Unfortunately, we do not accept cheques or PayPal.
I chose the pickup option for my order, what is the pickup address?
We are located at 427/Rexdale in Etobicoke. Once your order has been accepted, we will provide our address in your order invoice. If you would like to switch to the delivery option, it may be an extra charge depending on your location and our availability.
I’m not available during the pickup times, what are my options?
No problem at all, we have a few options available:
- Contact us directly to arrange a pickup time that works for you though this is subject to our availability.
- Our delivery option is available at an additional charge, dependant on our availability and your location.
- Uber’s package delivery service. This must be booked and scheduled by you as the client. Please use our address provided as the pickup location and let the driver know that the package is a cake. For the safest delivery, let the driver know to have his vehicle air conditioned during transport and to drive carefully.
I put in my order request, how much will it cost?
After we’ve reviewed and accepted your order request, we will send you an invoice with a quote.
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
The remaining balance will be due 24 hours before your pickup/delivery date.
If you have a budget that doesn’t fit our quote, contact us directly for a consultation.
How much does delivery cost?
We are located at 427/Rexdale.
Delivery is available for an additional charge of $25 for addresses within 20km. A surcharge will be applied for downtown locations.
$35 for deliveries within 20-40km,
$50 for deliveries within 40-50km, requires a $100 minimum order.
$80 for deliveries within 50-100km, requires a $200 minimum order.
I’m on my way to pickup my order but I’m running late!
No problem, we understand sometimes things happen. Contact us directly and let us know as soon as possible when you’ll be arriving. A late pickup fee may be applied if your arrival time far exceeds our pickup availability.
Can you accommodate any dietary restrictions?
All of our offerings are currently nut-free but not made in a nut-free environment. A halal option is also available for our fondant add on. Unfortunately, we are likely unable to accommodate other dietary restrictions at the moment.
I’ve already paid my deposit but my event has been cancelled/moved.
Unfortunately deposits are non-refundable within 2 weeks before your event for cakes/cupcakes/toppers. We will be able to credit you for a future order, please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel/reschedule.
I’d like to order a cake for a cake smash!
Sure! For cake smashes, we can provide a 6” two layer cake for most simple designs. The flavour option will be limited to a vanilla or funfetti sponge with vanilla buttercream. Please put “cake smash” in your specifications when requesting an order.
I’d like a black or dark coloured cake, please!
Of course! We can accommodate any colour but dark coloured buttercream, specifically black, has a tendency to stain your teeth and mouth slightly. You and your guests may experience green or darker coloured poop, don’t worry this is normal.
