Thank you for choosing Angel Nicole’s Sweets & Treats to be a part of your special celebration. We truly appreciate your trust in us to help make your event memorable. Please take a moment to carefully review this form and complete it in full to ensure an accurate quote and a seamless experience.

• A minimum of two (2) weeks’ notice is required for all custom orders.

• Orders placed with less than two weeks’ notice are subject to a $25–$50 rush fee, depending on the complexity of your order. Please select this option when placing your request.

• Once your order has been submitted, you will be contacted via email with an approval or denial. Upon approval, an invoice will be sent to the email provided. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 hours to secure your event date.

• Additional charges apply for highlights, bling, and decorative toppers.

• All items are priced by the dozen (12), unless otherwise stated.

• Cupcakes (12), Mini Cupcakes (24) are limited to one (1) flavor. Candy apples are limited to one (1) flavor and one (1) color per dozen (12).

• Orders may be rescheduled one (1) TIME ONLY if requested no later than two (2) weeks before the original event date, and the rescheduled date must be available.

• All remaining balances are due two (2) weeks prior to your event. Failure to submit payment by this date will result in a $30 late/inconvenience fee. After 24 hours, unpaid orders will be cancelled — NO exceptions.

• Please allow 24–48 hours for a response to all inquiries and order requests.

• If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your order, please notify your baker before taking possession.

• Once your order leaves the baker’s possession, Angel Nicole’s Sweets & Treats is no longer responsible for any damages or concerns.

• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
