Order Confirmation Orders are confirmed upon receipt of deposit. Deposit must be made at least 14 days prior to pick up/delivery date. Deposit due within 48 hours of quote being sent . Final payment due 7 days prior to pick up/delivery . Deposit is due within 48 hours of quote being sent. Quote will be canceled if deposit not received within 48 hours. Baker reserves the right to cancel the order with appropriate lead time. Performance of this agreement is contingent upon my ability to complete the Agreement and is subject to illness or injury, accidents, Acts of God, and other causes beyond my control. Sometimes, things are out of my control. Care and Handling I am not responsible for any damage to your custom order after it has left my hands. You are responsible for providing a safe and appropriate environment for your custom order. Photography and Marketing I reserve the right to use photos and videos of your order at my discretion without compensation. Payment A 50% non refundable deposit is required when placing an order. The remainder of the balance is due 7 days prior to pickup/delivery date. All sales are final. Allergens The product may come into contact with my shop-wide allergens, and other allergens. You are responsible for notifying anyone enjoying your custom order of this risk and I cannot be held responsible for any adverse reactions.

Cake Care Instructions Pick up and carry the cake box from the bottom only, never from the top or sides. Keep cake level at all times-during transport , storage, and display. Transport cake on a flat surface like the floor or the back of an SUV, never on the on someone’s lap or on the seat of a car as these are not flat surface and the cake is more likely to shift. Place cake in an air contitioned vehicle. Drive slowly and avoid sudden stops and turns . Store cake in the fridge. Keep away from direct sunlight, moisture , and heat when not in the fridge.Take cake out of fridge 1-2 hours before serving and serve at room temperature. Store leftover cake in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days .
