All orders must be placed directly through our order form. We do not accept orders via phone, email, or social media.
Is a deposit required?
Yes! A 50% deposit is required at the time of order to secure your treats.
The remaining balance will be collected before delivery or pick-up.
What happens if I need a refund on my deposit?
Deposits are refundable if your order is canceled according to our policy.
Please note that cancellations must be made at least 14 days before your scheduled pick-up or delivery to receive a full deposit refund for custom orders. Holiday orders need 7 days before.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal, and other approved online payment methods for deposits and final payments.
