TRANSPORTING YOUR CAKE
• Always carry your cake from the bottom using both hands.
• Keep it level at all times.
• Place it in the footwell or boot of your car for stability.
• Avoid heaters. In warm weather, use air conditioning.
• Drive carefully to help maintain the cake's structure and appearance.
STORING YOUR CAKE
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• In warm weather, refrigerate to prevent melting.
• If refrigerated, allow 1-2 hours at room temperature before serving for best flavour and texture.
CUTTING AND SERVING
• Buttercream cakes are best served at room temperature.
• A sticker on the box will indicate which of the 14 major allergens are present in your cake. A full ingredients list is available on request.
• Any non-edible decorations will be clearly labelled on the box and should be removed before consumption.
• Cut into even square slices for maximum servings.
• Wrap leftovers in cling film and store in an airtight container at room temperature.
SHELF LIFE
Best enjoyed within 3 days of collection. Can be frozen for up to 3 months.
