Policies
Delivery Information
Amberlicious Bakery offers delivery for your convenience! • 🚗 Standard Delivery Fee: $35 for locations over 20 minutes away • ⏱️ Maximum Delivery Distance: Up to 1 hour away only • 🎂 Free Delivery: All 2+ tiered cakes qualify for free delivery Please note: Delivery time and availability will be confirmed based on your event date and order volume. We do not offer delivery beyond 1 hour of travel time.
Pick-up information
Pick-up is available from Amberlicious Bakery in the Carrollwood area. • ✅ Preferred Pick-Up Times: • The evening before your event • Or anytime after 1:00 PM on the day of your event • 📍Pick-up address will be provided once your order is confirmed. Please be on time, and transport cakes with care — we are not responsible for any damages once your order leaves our hands.
Cake Transport & Delivery Instructions
To keep your cake safe and picture-perfect, please follow these important transport guidelines: • ✅ Keep cake flat at all times — place it on the floorboard of your vehicle or securely in someone’s lap • ❌ Do NOT place the cake on a car seat — seats are slanted and can cause the cake to slide or collapse • ❄️ Air conditioning must be ON — cakes are sensitive to heat and can melt or shift easily.
Ordering Timeline & Rush Fees
To ensure availability, I recommend placing your order at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Orders placed with less than 7 days’ notice will be considered rush orders and will include a $35+ rush fee, depending on complexity and availability. My calendar fills quickly, especially around holidays and weekends. The earlier you book, the better!

Amberlicious Bakery is not a certified allergen-free kitchen. Products may contain or come into contact with: milk, eggs, wheat, soy, tree nuts, peanuts, and gluten. If you or your guests have food allergies, please let me know before booking — I cannot guarantee cross-contamination won’t occur.
Deposits & Payment Policy
A 50% deposit is required to secure all orders. No date is held without a deposit. Final payments are due at least 2 days before pickup or delivery. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Apple Pay, or invoice link (if provided) Please note: All deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. Be sure of your order before booking.
