Hey there! My name is Amani, l'm a 21 year old who's from Laplace, Louisiana. I love to stay in the kitchen because it brings me peace. I love to decorate cakes and bake cookies and sometimes even cook! I started working at Walt Disney World in 2024 as a cook and started to fall out of love with the culinary side so i switched over to the pastry side. I started to enjoy baking when I was 10 years old and I used to help my mom cook for family and parties. I'll be graduating from New Orleans Culinary and Hospitality Institute in December of 2025 with my baking and pastry certification. After that my plans are to go to college out of state and major in business administration. My dream is to open my own bakery and a food truck by the end of next year.
