Payment Policy:
A deposit is required at the time of placing your order to secure your booking.
The remaining balance is due upon delivery or pickup.
2. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled order date for a full refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the order will forfeit the deposit.
3. No-Show Policy:
If the customer fails to pick up or accept delivery of their order without prior notice, the deposit will be forfeited.
4. Refund Policy:
Refunds will only be issued if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance.
In the event of a quality issue with the order, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will address the concern promptly.
5. Custom Orders:
Custom orders require a minimum of one week’s notice.
Any changes to custom orders must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery.
