- one dozen minimum

- one theme per set/order

- 50% deposit is due at time of booking to secure your date on my calendar, the remaining balance is due at pick up - refundable IF cancelled 72 hours before pick up date

- zelle, cash app, venmo, paypal & apple pay are all avallable for deposit and payment, cash accepted for final payment at pick up

- orders made with less than 1 week notice are subiect to a late/rush fee

- icing colors may vary, will do my best to match colors as close as can, but colors can vary based on reasons beyond my control. by placing an order with me you are agree to this

- cookies can be individually bagged & heat sealed at a flat fee of $3/dozen

- delivery or meet up is available in some cases must be requested at time of booking, fee may apply

- pick up is in Kingwood

- pricing subject to change & dependant on customers requests

- all cookies, fillings and icings may contain, or come into contact with, soy, wheat, dairy, nuts or other allergens

- it is the responsibility of the Customer to inform me prior to the confirmation of their booking of any allergy issues. It is the responsibility of the Customer to inform their guests of all allergy information and accordingly Amanda Bakes will not be held liable for any allergic reaction resulting from consumption of the cake

- all products are made to be eaten on the day of the celebration

- all quotations are valid for 7 days from the date of issue

- any products ordered from a picture or photo of a product produced by any other cookie maker, can only be reproduced by us as our interpretation of that product and will NOT be an exact reproduction of the product in the picture or photo

- should we cancel the booking due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstance that affects the ability to deliver the ordered product, the deposit will be refunded within seven (7) davs of notification to the customer

- we reserve the right to use any image of a Product made by us for publication at a later date

- if, for any reason the event is required to be postponed, please contact me immediately - the new date proposed will be subiect to availability

-the customer is liable for any damage, accident, or mishap that may occur once the cookies are released from the care and custody of the Amanda Bakes - Amanda Bakes is not liable for any damage that may occur thereafter
