Hi! My name is Alyse Elliott, mother of 3 girls and Owner and pastry chef at Alyse Noelle Cakes.
I’ve had a passion for baking and cooking since a young age. I was always in the kitchen with my dad, mom or grandmother learning and creating what ever I could! When I graduated high school I decided I was going to take my love for cooking and baking to the next level and attend culinary school. I have worked under many chefs and learned a ton along the way!
I love being able to create edible one of kind designs and seeing my customers faces when I give them their cake or other baked goods.
When placing an order
Please allow a minimum of a 2 week notice for all orders.
Any orders taken last minute will be subjected to a 25% late fee charge
50% deposit is due immediately for all orders and the full payment is Due one week before pick up
