We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been picked up or delivered. If something isn’t right — say your order was damaged in transit or the wrong item was received — please reach out to us at 918-978-7685 within 24 hours of pickup or delivery. Include a description and photo of the issue, and we’ll review it right away. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or refund. We’re a small, home-based bakery — and every order matters deeply to us — so we’ll always do our best to make things right.

Since we bake to order, cancellations or changes must be made before your baking date (typically 24–48 hours before pickup). Once we’ve started baking, changes or cancellations can’t be made. Egg orders and pantry item orders are limited.

All pickups are by appointment only. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll contact you to arrange a pickup time that fits your schedule. We kindly ask that you arrive promptly. Order pick up is on the front porch. If you’re running late, please text as soon as possible so we can coordinate.

We offer local delivery within 10 miles of Coweta, Oklahoma for orders of $20 or more (before tax). Delivery is by appointment and based on availability. Deliveries outside our radius aren’t available at this time, but you’re always welcome to schedule a pickup instead.

All products are made in our home kitchen, which also handles wheat, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, and other common allergens. We take care to prevent cross-contact, but we cannot guarantee allergen-free products. As required by Oklahoma law, every label includes this statement: “This product was produced in a private residence that is exempt from government licensing and inspection. This product may contain allergens.”

Our cinnamon rolls and baked goods are best enjoyed fresh the day you receive them If you’d like to keep them longer, store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days, or refrigerate/freeze for extended freshness. Warm before serving for that straight-from-the-oven taste!

Our eggs come from our own free-range hens — happy girls living their best chicken life. Eggs are collected, gently dry wiped, and chilled right away. Once you get them, please keep them refrigerated at home too, and wash before using.
