This is the second cake I’ve ordered from Emily. I didn’t think the first one could be topped, but the one I ordered this time was by far the best cake I have ever had. Everyone that ate it could not stop talking about how amazing it was!

Our graduation cake exceeded our expectations. It looked and tasted amazing ! The attention to detail that Emily places on her creations is simply amazing. Highly recommend Almost Homemade Bakery for all your baking needs.

I cannot say enough amazing things about this cake! I ordered a Toy Story–themed cake for my baby shower (“It’s a Boy Story”), and it absolutely exceeded every expectation I had. Not only was it beautifully designed with the cutest details, but it truly brought the whole theme together perfectly.

We needed a last minute order and the rush fee was very reasonable. The cake turned out amazing especially considering the time constraint! Very appreciative and will be ordering again!

I had no idea what I wanted and sent a kinda of generic reference photo and my cake and cupcakes turned out better than I could have imaged design wise! The cake was so moist and the icing was so sweet but in the most perfect way!

Her work is amazing !!! 10/10 she adds so much detail it’s almost too cute to eat. Cake , cupcakes snd strawberries were all delicious.

Absolutely loved the chocolate covered strawberries! They were fresh, juicy, and beautifully decorated. The chocolate was rich and smooth, and the presentation was stunning. They tasted just as amazing as they looked. Will definitely order again!

Almost Homemade Bakery did NOT Disappoint! I recently ordered a chocolate buttercream nurse themed cake, Emily went above and beyond to make this cake special. Emily made my mom’s birthday cake this year, and it is by far one of the best cakes I have had! Her creativity and skills are top notch. My mom has been raving about the cake since she took the first bite!

Our Christmas cake was exactly as I ordered, and so much more! I was proud to share it with our friends. Fantastic!

I have placed three orders with Almost Homemade. First was a beautiful Christmas Red velvet cake with cream cheese icing. Absolutely the best. Second order 4 mini cakes 2 chocolate chip and two chocolate cakes. My third order was a deep dish Apple Pie for my Christmas gathering. It was great and everyone ask who made the Apple Pie my 95 years old mother in law wanted to take a bowl home with her. It was definitely a hit and the topping was made of beautifully decorated homemade crust in shapes of leaves. Order from Almost Homemade you will not be disappointed.

I ordered a chocolate cake with blackberry compote. The cake was moist and delicious. It was decorated so beautifully that my husband didn’t even want to cut into it. Will definitely be ordering more things in the future! One of the best cakes I’ve ever tasted.

I asked Emily to make a cake for me to take to Chicago for Thanksgiving with my daughter. To me a pretty difficult task. I wasn't even sure what kind. She did an amazing job and everyone that saw it and had some of it could not stop talking about it and asking where I got it from. She is very talented and puts so much in to the details. Would for sure purchase again.
