Orders are placed through my website by submitting a request. Once reviewed, I’ll confirm availability and send an invoice to secure your date.
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required. Your date is not reserved until the retainer is received within 24 hours of invoicing.
How far in advance should I book?
I recommend booking at least 1–3 weeks in advance. Larger events (weddings, big parties) should be booked as early as possible.
Yes! Delivery starts at $15+ depending on distance and order size. Pickup is also available in Hammond, Indiana.
Can I customize my order?
Absolutely! All orders are fully customizable with colors, themes, wording, and more. Inspiration pictures are encouraged.
What payment methods do you accept?
Apple Pay, PayPal, and Square invoices (card payments)
When is final payment due?
The remaining balance is due 5 days before your event date.
Do you require a minimum order?
