She didn’t just make us a cake—she made us feel seen and supported during one of the most special (and hectic!) moments of our lives. It was immediately clear that she takes her craft seriously. The cake wasn’t just beautiful—it was better than we ever imagined. Every bite was full of flavor, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. She even adorned it with real fresh flowers, adding such an elegant, natural touch that made it feel extra special. And the delivery? Seamless. The cake arrived in perfect condition, just as promised. I would hire her again and again without hesitation. If you’re on the fence—don’t be. I needed a specific kind of cake for my wife’s birthday with only a singular picture as reference. Not only was Alissa able to create the exact cake I was looking for she did so in a week’s time. She was able to recreate the exact photo I had for reference, with icing. To anybody looking for an extremely high quality cake at a very reasonable price I would recommend Alissa’s custom desserts every single time.

This is no exaggeration when I tell you this is the most satisfying bite of cake my wife and I have ever had. The buttercream frosting is not too sweet but literally a perfect melt in the mouth taste and texture! The cake was a red velvet moist and flavorful. If available all of our cakes will come from Alissa’s from now on! We are forever fans.

I ordered a birthday cake for my husband. Customer service was great and responses were done in a timely manner. The cake design was beyond my expectations and the feeling of joy knowing the cake was the final piece for the birthday. The red velvet and Swiss vanilla buttercream was delicious. Ordered a beautiful cake for my little sister’s birthday. Upon pick up my sister saw the cake and said “okay slaaaayyy”. Later that evening when it was time for cake, everyone enjoyed the flavor! The cake wasn’t dry in any way.and can I just say the frosting skills are AMAZING! Anyways, expect me to order cake again and again for my future events to come!

She did an absolutely amazing job on our Spiderman cake. Alissa made us a vanilla cake with Oreo frosting between. I sent her inspo pictures and she was able to do it with frosting and BARELY fondant! It tasted absolutely amazing and we 100% will be ordering again!

Alissa made nerf gun themed birthday cake for our 5year old birthday party. Not only the cake looked awesome, it also tasted really good! All the kids wanted to have a foam bullet (edible) that she used to decorate the cake with. And the main thing is that our 5y.o was so excited about his cake!

Service: quick response to my initial inquiry. Payment was easy to do online and is pretty clear on which methods she took, I preferred another method not listed and she was patient and flexible to other options. Very accommodating as we had to rearrange our schedule unexpectedly and had to pick up a day early. Very friendly in the communication exchanges over text and no problems in that area Cake Appearance: beautifully decorated, gave a quick drawing off of the inspiration pictures my daughter sent. It looks like a lot of time and love went into the details and a glitter effect on the frosting Cake size: very accurate, fed our small party and we had left overs. Cake flavor: my husband declared it the top 3 of the cakes we ordered and yes he’s including our wedding cake that I went to multiple bakeries on island to find. My daughter wanted a chocolate cake with peanut butter and it did not disappoint. Moist chocolate with a not overpowering peanut butter Thank you so much, the cake was a perfect addition to celebrating my daughter!!

I ordered a dozen cupcakes, cookies, and a cake sampler from Alissa and these desserts were some of the best I’ve ever had! The cookies were so sweet and moist. The cupcakes were so beautiful and delicious i wish i could eat all 12 of them! The cake sampler was amazing too I’m happy i got to try them out and can’t wait to order from Alissa again! I appreciate the time and care Alissa put into making these delicious desserts for us. 10/10

Absolutely gorgeous naked red velvet cake and the taste was delicious. My husband decided to smash a slice on my face at the wedding and I'm so thankful the cake didn't crumble everywhere. Perfect texture, especially if your SO is a bit mischievous. It was better than what we could have hoped
