-Saturdays fill up the fastest. Consider a Friday or weekday pickup/delivery. Sunday and Monday are by special appointment only.

-When messaging please include a date, number of guests the items will need to cover, inspirational photos/ideas, themes/colors, any dietary needs (sugar free, nut free, keto, etc.), pickup/delivery, and your budget. This information helps us create a custom order in a timely manner for you.

-Treats/cupcakes come in dozen increments only, and begin at $42 a dozen. Cakes begin at $65 and vary based on size, flavors, and design intricacy. My prices reflect the current market price for material/ingredient costs (mostly local vendors/crafters) and my time. Please respect the price quote. I will do what I can to pass any savings on to my clients.

-Delivery is free for clients for orders going to the Mosley Center (Elon students only). Otherwise it is $20 per hour of travel.

-Payment information:

*We accept Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, ApplePay, credit/debit, and cashapp.

*Any order placed 8-14 days before pickup/delivery MAY possibly incur a 10% rush order fee, and any order placed within 7 days of pickup/delivery WILL incur a 10% rush order fee.

-These two order types require payment at the time of ordering.

*Orders UNDER $175 or 3 weeks of the selected date are required to be paid in full within 24 hours of ordering ( space still permitting payment may be accepted after the 24 hour period. Please verify before rendering payment).

*Orders placed more than 4 weeks out AND over $175 have the option to place a 50% nonrefundable deposit with the remaining balance due 3 weeks prior to the pickup/delivery date.

*NC Sales Tax (6.75%), Payment Processing Fee on stripe (3.9%), debit/credit, PayPal (3.9%), Venmo (3.9%), and Loyal Customer Discount (10%) are added at check-out.

*Any order modification within 4 weeks of the pickup/delivery date will incur 15% change fee and must be paid at time of change.

*Refunds given at our discretion, but will absolutely not be considered if the product is not returned promptly in its entirety.
