We recommend placing orders as early as possible to ensure availability. Most custom orders require advance notice. Rush orders may be accommodated based on availability and may include an additional fee.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 48 hours of booking to secure your order and date. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to pickup.
Where are you located?
Akers & Co. Bakeshop is a home-based bakery located in Venice, FL. Pickup details will be provided after your order is confirmed.
Do you offer delivery?
Delivery is available on a limited basis and must be arranged in advance. Delivery fees start at $15 and vary based on distance and order size. Delivery fees are non-refundable.
Do you offer gluten-free options?
Gluten-free options may be available for select items for an additional charge. While we take precautions, our kitchen is not gluten-free, and cross-contamination may occur. Gluten-free items are not recommended for individuals with celiac disease or severe allergies.
Can you recreate a design or inspiration photo?
We’re happy to use inspiration photos as a reference. However, all items are handmade, and exact replicas cannot be guaranteed. Colors, designs, and decorations may vary slightly.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments through Bakesy. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
What happens if I need to cancel my order?
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations made within 7 days of pickup are not eligible for refunds. Please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.
