Aish

Aish is a micro-bakery I felt compelled to create to make specialty baked goods for my local community. I haven’t been able to eat things like bread for a long time. I found milling my own wheat and putting extra care into my cooking allowed me to enjoy the foods I love, so, I felt drawn to start serving others. I hope to provide other people who struggle with processed foods and wheats by giving another option, using all clean, quality ingredients.

🌾Everything is made with flour milled the very same day, just before it’s needed! It isn’t milled and sitting on a shelf.

Please, allow 5 days lead time for each product. For bulk orders, due date may be extended depending on quantity requested.

🔴Since everything is baked fresh, no shipping is available. Orders are available to be picked up at my residence in Dixon, CA. 72 hour cancellation policy.

At present, payment is only accepted by cash or check at time of pickup. Pickup location information is provided on invoice after placing an order.
