The AHTA Sweet Stop Experience brings our award-winning cupcakes directly to your event from our vintage-style dessert trailer. Whether you're celebrating a birthday, graduation, wedding, employee appreciation event, open house, baby shower, or family gathering, your guests can simply walk up to the trailer, choose a cupcake, and enjoy! Additional cupcakes, travel, custom decorating, and extended service time are available for an additional fee. --- AHTA Cakes Mobile Dessert Service Agreement Reservation A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit are required to reserve your event date. Final payment is due 14 days prior to the event. --- Package Includes Dessert trailer service Up to 48 standard-sized cupcakes Up to four cake and buttercream flavor combinations Bakery-style decorating Personalized flavor menu sign Up to one hour of dessert service Setup --- Service Window AHTA Cakes will typically arrive 30–60 minutes before the scheduled serving time to allow for setup and coordination with the venue. Service begins at the agreed-upon time. If a venue requires arrival significantly earlier than the included setup window, additional waiting time may be billed. --- Service Expectations Guests are welcome to enjoy cupcakes throughout the scheduled service period or until the purchased quantity has been served, whichever comes first. Should all purchased cupcakes be served before the scheduled service period ends, dessert service will conclude. AHTA Cakes will remain on-site until the contracted service time has ended unless otherwise agreed upon. Any cupcakes remaining at the conclusion of service belong to the client and may be boxed upon request. --- Custom Decorating Package pricing includes bakery-style decorated cupcakes, such as: Classic buttercream swirls Coordinating frosting colors Sprinkles when appropriate Simple drizzles when appropriate The following are available for an additional charge: Specialty color palettes Floral piping Fondant decorations Edible images Character or logo designs Handmade toppers Individually themed cupcakes Metallic finishes Other custom decorative elements --- Travel Travel within 25 miles of St. Cloud, Minnesota is included. Additional travel is billed at $1.00 per mile (round trip). --- Weather Outdoor events are served rain or shine whenever it is safe to do so. Service may be delayed, modified, relocated, or temporarily suspended in the event of severe weather, including but not limited to tornado warnings, lightning in the immediate area, damaging winds, hail, flooding, or any other conditions that could jeopardize the safety of guests, staff, or equipment. AHTA Cakes will work with the client and/or venue to resume service as soon as conditions safely allow. --- Cancellation Deposits are non-refundable.
