Addie’s Bakery Counter (“ABC”) was inspired by our daughter Addie, who lives with multiple food allergies. After years of navigating dairy, egg, and sesame allergies, we learned firsthand how isolating food allergies can feel. Baking became our way to create joy, inclusion, and delicious treats everyone can enjoy. Today, ABC is a family-run cottage bakery making allergy-friendly baked goods with care, creativity, and zero compromise on flavor. Our mission is simple: everyone deserves to feel included at the table.
