Because every item is made with care, we kindly ask that you review the following polices before placing an order.

Ordering & Notice:

• At this time, we are only accepting orders from friends, family, and acquaintances. If you’re uncertain, please message us before placing an order.

• We require at least 3 days’ notice for all orders, but exceptions can be made

• Orders are accepted based on our availability

• We currently serve New Haven County

Payment Policy:

• The balance is due at the time of pick up/delivery (we accept cash, Venmo, and Zelle)

•For large orders exceeding $50, a deposit may be required

Delivery & Pickup:

• Delivery is available locally - a delivery fee will apply for addresses outside of Naugatuck

Allergies:

• Please inform us of any allergies/dietary restrictions when placing your order

• All items are made in a home kitchen that also processes wheat, eggs, milk, nuts, and soy

Rescheduling & Cancelations:

• You can reschedule/cancel within 48 hours of your pickup/delivery date

• As we bake in small batches, we can’t guarantee availability for new dates
