My Amarillo based cottage bakery specializes in celiac safe, exclusively food allergen free baked goods.

Everything is exclusively organic and made free of gluten, wheat, dairy and eggs. Most of my products are also free of soy, dyes and all nuts.

I believe that everyone deserves to be included in life's celebration and there is ALWAYS a reason to celebrate!
