While we love cream cheese ourselves, because we’re a home-based bakery, AHS does not allow us to sell items with cream cheese.

Submit your order request and we will confirm your order as soon as possible, including any shipment quotes, if applicable. No order will be started until payment has been received so it is important to submit that promptly.

A minimum of one week’s notice is required, but as much notice as possible is appreciated! Shipping may change when we have your products available as we only ship out on Monday and Wednesday.

Yes! The address for pickup will be provided when you place your order.

Yes! For an additional fee of $5 we will deliver your order in Lethbridge.

Yes! We ship from Lethbridge on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure there are no weekend delays in receiving your order.

For any shipment days that fall on a holiday Monday, we will ship your package out the next day.

We use a platform to help us find the cheapest shipping option for your goods, so it may be shipped through Canada Post, UPS, FedEx, Purolator, or some other carrier.

The cost of shipping your order depends on what you order, how soon you would like to receive it, and where in Canada you would like your items shipped. On average, we have noticed that the rates average as follows: Within Alberta & Saskatchewan: $20 BC & Manitoba: $25 Ontario: $30 Quebec: $35 Eastern Provinces: $40

As you may have noticed when shipping yourself, shipping across Canada is not inexpensive! As we’re a small business with relatively low shipping numbers (in the eyes of the postal service), we are unable to provide free shipping without increasing our prices.

We aim to get your products to you in two days or less, however, Canada is large and so it depends on where you’re located and we’re at the mercy of the carrier. We tested shipping across Canada (even PEI) and all goodies arrived fresh because of our packaging, despite how many days it took to get to the destination.

Unfortunately, we only ship Canada-wide at this time.

Please be aware that all bakes are prepared in a kitchen that may handle milk, eggs, wheat gluten, soya, sesame and nuts. All products available have an ingredient list provided in its description. As much as we would love to guarantee that we could offer products free of any of the above allergens, we are not able to do so and would not recommend that our products be consumed by those with the above allergies.
