I am a cottage bakery located on Camp Lejeune in North Carolina. Since I am a home-based business, I do not have a storefront, but all orders are available for pickup or I can meet off base if you do not have access.
How far in advance should I place my order?
I recommend placing custom orders at least 2-3 weeks in advance to secure your date. Rush orders may be available depending on my schedule.
What is the booking/payment process?
Full payment is due at the time of booking for orders under $125. If your order is over that, I require a 50% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking and the remaining balance is due one week prior to pick up.
Once I have received your payment/deposit, I will then add you to my calendar.
What type of treats do you make?
I specialize in custom buttercream cakes, gourmet cupcakes, stuffed cookies, dipped treats, and much more! I can really make anything so please donāt hesitate to reach out if you do not see something on my website.
Do you offer gluten-free, vegan, or allergen-friendly options?
At this time, I am not an allergen-free kitchen. While some accommodations may be available, I cannot guarantee products are free from allergens such as nuts, dairy, or gluten.
How should I store my treats?
Cakes and cupcakes should be kept refrigerated until 1ā2 hours before serving.
Cookies and dipped treats are best stored in an airtight container at room temperature.
Do you make wedding cakes?
Yes! I would love to be part of your special day. Please contact me early, as wedding dates book quickly.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, please notify me at least 72 hours in advance, and I may be able to issue credit towards a future order.
