Will I get my deposit back if I need to cancel my order?
Yes, unless an order is canceled two weeks or less before the date needed, then you will NOT be able to receive your deposit back.
Can I make changes to my order?
Changes are allowed up until two weeks before the order is due and may be subject to a price increase based on changes.
What if there is a problem with my order after I've received it?
A Dash of Love is NOT responsible for any damages that may occur outside of our care UNLESS it was an error on our part. Improper transportation by the customer, cake melting, cake falling, etc., is not an error on our part.
If the error is our fault, then a PARTIAL refund may be granted based on the problem. Most issues will be resolved with an appropriate discount on your next order.
Full refunds are only granted if the error is our fault, the product(s)are returned, and if it was a significant disruption to your event.
Can orders be placed at the last minute?
Yes. Orders can be placed at the last minute but a rush charge between $50-$75 may be added to your total.
Will I receive my order if I have not paid my balance?
No. Orders not paid in full by the due date will NOT be fulfilled and deposit will NOT be refunded.
