CYPRESS PICKUP
• Cypress pickup is free.
• Please wait for confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.
• Exact pickup instructions are provided after your order is confirmed.
DELIVERY
• Direct delivery is completed through Uber Courier with a secured delivery PIN.
• Courier fees are based on distance and added to your final invoice.
• Priority Uber Courier Delivery is available for an additional $2.99.
• Delivery is also available separately through DoorDash and Uber Eats.
PRE-ORDERS
• The 10 Count Berry Box requires advance ordering.
• Same-day orders are accepted based on availability.
• Your requested date and time are not reserved until payment is received.
TREAT SERVING STATION BOOKINGS
• Two-hour treat-serving station packages start at $300.
• Setup and breakdown fees are added separately.
• Final pricing depends on the menu, guest count, location and requested setup.
PAYMENT
• Full payment is required to confirm your order or booking.
• Apple Pay, Cash App, Zelle, and debit or credit card payments are accepted.
