Hi my name is Kameca Jewell. I’m an Executive Chef and I am accompanied by my two amazing daughters junior chef Journey Sims, Amari Walls. They are self taught Bakers and Cake Artists. I have my Associates in Science Culinary Arts, Bachelors in Science hospitality management From the Art Institute of Atlanta. We are the Owners/Founders of A and K Gourmet Style Treats, LLC . I have 3 children Amari, Bryan, and Malik who are my absolute reasons for living. Junior Chef Journey is my amazing God baby. We are complete Foodies and most of all we love baking and creating Flavors. We love family and we run the business as a family. We have created flavors for our company that are unbelievable and hard to resist. Our company aim to please and excellent customer service is a must with us. We stand on presentation and promptness. No order is unimportant or not priority. We always want you to be satisfied and return because of great product and Excellent Customer Service . A and K Gourmet Style Treats offers order pick and delivery. All delivery orders are subject to a Fee! Monroe has a Fee of $15, Loganville has a $40 Fee, Athens has a $50 Fee, Lawrenceville has a $65 Fee, all other areas vary depending on mileage and/or distance. If delivery fee was not paid in final balance and other arrangements were not made. We will not be able to meet you nor will we deliver it’s your responsibility to get your order at pick up location sent through your order form.

Deposit is Due within 48 hours or order will be canceled!! Three attempts will be made to contact you!! Please be sure to have correct contact information listed. If you don’t have correct information listed in your order form we are not responsible for your cancellation.

Please provide pictures for inspiration with as much detail as possible in your form to help us better serve you. If inspirational photos aren’t uploaded we can’t assume what you wanted. We have a lot of photos uploaded on the site but it doesn’t coincide with order requested so please be specific with notes on the site such as colors/ and or design requested. We only go by notes on the site. Feel free to ask any questions via text message, email, and/or call. We are not responsible for information that you leave out about your cake/cupcake needs. We can not read your mind so communication is key. (All custom orders that are last minute and a week or less before event date are subject to a rush fee!!)

Deposits are non refundable and are not eligible for refunds, even if the order is canceled within the cancellation window. Orders cancel prior to cancellation cut off date may be eligible for a refund minus the cost of any of the following items already purchased for your order: special order items, specialty ingredients or materials. Order is canceled after cancellation window May not be eligible for any refund and will be consider on a case by case basis.

Please make payments on time or ask for payment arrangements. “You aren’t eligible for payment arrangements 3 days before event”. We can’t base our business on your word. Too much time and energy go into making cakes. Due to the high volume of orders if final payment has not been paid order will not be prepared!! IF PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN CONFIRMED 3 DAYS BEFORE EVENT ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED!!!!

All payments must be paid 5 Days before Event!! If you are ordering within the five day period payment is due in Full on the same day!!



If you need to cancel a treat order or Custom cake it must be canceled 5 calendar days of booked date or refund will not be considered!! For “Wedding Cakes” orders must be canceled “30 calendar days” before due date. If you change the date last minute for “Wedding Cakes” you are STILL NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND!! IF YOU DO NOT GO THROUGH WITH YOUR WEDDING REFUNDS ARE STILL NOT ELIGIBLE!! Wedding cake items have to be ordered and some items are custom and a lot of time goes into planning and ordering. Cake Contract must be signed for wedding cakes to acknowledge agreement upon paying deposit. Please be courteous when canceling your order and give as much time in advance as possible. Number of orders taken is limited for each date; canceling within this window allows us to rebook your date. You may submit a cancellation request to aandkgourmetstyletreats@gmail.com

“Once you have updated your desired Custom Cake/Cupcake/Treat pictures I will imitate the picture to the best of my ability. When the cake is complete refunds will not be given under any circumstances and WILL NOT BE REMADE!!! We will reach out the night before order is due to confirm order form so we are on one accord. If you do not answer or respond to text/ and or voicemail we are not responsible for miscommunication. We will then base order prep on notes on the order form!

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO PICK UP YOUR ORDER A REFUND WILL NOT BE GIVEN!!

We are not liable for any damages caused once the product has left our possession. We will take every measure to supply you with a stable product but cannot guarantee structural integrity during transport. Please always handle your cake with great care when transporting and display on flat, well supported surface “Do not put tiered cakes in front seat at all” only sheet cakes. We highly recommend that you have cakes delivered but if not, when traveling with a cake/cupcakes/Treats in a vehicle travel with air conditioning so that it reaches the cake. We advise you to never have anyone hold any part of the cake on his/her lap. We strongly advise you to use caution when breaking and taking corners, slow speed is strongly advised. Please understand that certain changes in speed and/or direction will cause the cake to shift, settle, and or fall at any time. please do not leave cake/cupcakes/cheesecake/treats in temperature above 70°F for extended periods of time once we deliver your cake/cupcakes/treats etc to you and you confirm everything is fine and everything is in good condition as you requested. You are now responsible and order is out of our hands. Refunds due to negligence will not be issued!!!
